This seems to demonstrate complacency and intellectual laziness. The whole point is that the general trend of complete abnormality and extreme swings in the weather for the past several years -- but especially this year -- is evidence of Our Lord's creation being out of balance. Since God is the creator and perpetual sustainer of all creation, this lack of predictability is obviously a chastisement. If we take these signs -- and signs they certainly are -- with the trajectory and pace of current events globally, what with the imminent collapse of the entire international financial system and the civil conflict and hardship that will ensue (not to mention the wars !), it seems to not even be a theory that God is angry with the world and that in His anger He is making the weather erratic; rather, this is clearly happening and one should take notice of it. I wonder, do those who consider belief in signs in the weather to be lunacy or irrational not believe in Divine Providence, and instead believe in the erroneous and non-Catholic idea that the universe is mechanical and governed by immutable general laws ?
As for the heat being "nice weather," Patricius must not know that North America just suffered one of the worst droughts of the past one hundred years. Last year was bad in Texas and Louisiana, but this year was worse and throughout the central portion of the continent. |
It's all just "mother nature" until it ain't - then it's cries of "oh my god" and "why did God let this happen?"

......................... Some may say, you are identifying the abuses with the "New Mass" itself. I am saying that the "New Mass" IS the abuse of the True Mass! I am saying that, with the jettisoning of both the law and the spirit of Quo Primum, by that very Act, the Pope has not only substituted something totally different from the Mass, but that it is of the very essence of the "New Mass" to permit every form of profanation, because the "New Mass" makes the good pleasure of the people its "liturgy." - Fr. Wathen, 1971
Intra Ecclesiam Conciliariam Nulla Salus (There is no salvation within the Conciliar Church)
It is the Mass that matters - because of what it is.
But because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold, nor hot, I will begin to vomit thee out of my mouth. - Apocalypse 3:16

I welcome this from 'padrepio'. Who are Anthony Benedict and Patricius making reference too?

I really appreciate the sense of humor on this site, and I like to give credit to the English for it. But, I don't see the humor in this. Are you accusing posters on another site of mental illness, are you accusing those with mental illnesses of not being able to post. Does this have something to do with the use of thorazine..
A number of conditions can be treated with Thorazine. Uses of this medication can include the treatment of schizophrenia, acute intermittent porphyria, and mania symptoms in people with bipolar disorder. The drug is approved for use in children for the treatment of behavior problems, nausea or vomiting, and restlessness or worry before surgery. "Off-label" Thorazine uses may include the treatment of migraines, agitation, dementia, or neonatal abstinence syndrome.
Mental illnesses have different causes. Sometimes it is family related, stress, a curse. This is a public forum and I don't think it is appropriate humor, or sarcasm. |

Well stated, 'padrepio'.

Well said, Pere-Joseph.
But Patricius need not worry about England being spared from The Chastisement. Because most European Catholic visionaries who saw the Chastisement in the form of WW3 and the Three Dark Days (like good old Alois Irlmaier), do say basically the same about the important points, one being the question what will happen to England during The Chastisement:
They saw the Russians dropping a sort of atom-bomb into the English Channel at the beginning of WW3, which will flood England and the facing parts of continental Europe. (And they saw another bomb being dropped into the Mediterranean Sea which will flood Marseille amongst other areas.)
So, in case you're in England when WW3 starts: become a Highlander ASAP.
Maybe the potential expulsion of London based Bishop Williamson in many ways is a blessing in disguise?
P.S. I think the year 2013 is still a hot candidate for the mentioned visions.
