Hi PW,

Lauds, Sext, and Compline are part of the Divine Liturgy of the Hours, which is the Church's prayer.

Reading a little here below might be helpful in explaining it in greater detail, and I'm sure there are many good resources online that explain it too.

I should add, you can get most all of the Breviary prayers here
