At the end of the photo page linked in the OP there are some comments. I finally
read some of them:

God, please help the town of Colorado Springs. Send rain, moisture, cooler temperature to the area. It is done.

No, it's not "done." If "God" was going to send rain, etc. it would have happened. You think because you pray for it, it'll happen? It'll happen when the weather conditions are right for rain, moisture, & cooler temperatures. "God" has nothing to do with it or it never would have happened in the first place. It's nature, plain & simple.

Actually authorities have determined it was "man" not God who started the fire.

If God can step in to save the town, it means He could have prevented it. Total nonsense. It's just nature.

Here these people have a chance to pick up a little faith, but their hate of
anything religious comes out instead. What chance will they have comes the end
of their life, when they've lived their lives with such contempt for faith in God?
I suppose one upshot is the first post by Bree_thats_me has 317 likes in contrast
to the 25 of the sad case who replied to that post.

From the The Saint Andrew Daily Missal with Vespers for Sundays and Feasts by Dom Gaspar Lefebvre, O.S.B., of the Abbey of St- André (Bruges, Belgium: Liturgical Apostolate of the Abbey of St-André, 1956), here are some Collect that are most appropriate to be said for those who have been affected by the wildfires and the extreme summer heat:
