He is not an Orthodox priest. Look at some of his other videos. He does not even dress properly for an Orthodox priest. He is a lying nutjob.

I guess he is more of an Orthodox monk of some sort, I don't know the divisions so much in the Eastern Church, but what I do know is that he claims to be part of the Russian Orthodox and is a converted Jew who unashamedly exposes his former brethren at every opportunity as well as other enemies of the Church.

Having said this, I think you need to back up your statements proving he is not an Orthodox priest and a lying "nutjob" as you put it.
He tells the truth when it comes to the Jews and everything else as much as I see it.
Of course he gets away with it because of his Jewish ancestry, any other non-Jewish religious who would say the things he does would be violently opposed, attacked and censored, then systematically shunned or excommunicated.
