What if, for work, I move to a part of the world in which it's unlikely that I'll be able to go to Mass? Would this move be sinful? And if I do move there, what about confession? I'm sure I'll get into mortal sin and be unable to find a priest.

It would be highly detrimental to your Catholic faith.
I'm leaning in the other direction. I'm considering the option of moving closer to a traditional chaple, one that has daily Mass and multiple Masses on Sunday.

If you are, as you say, sure you will fall into mortal sin, then it would be mortally sinful to go. There's no question about it. It is better to die the slowest and most painful death and let others endure the same, than to ever fall into mortal sin. It would be better for the world to be destroyed than for one to commit a single venial sin. Nothing justifies sin. Ever.
