Apparently there are some unusual disparities by race and sex in the frequency of social disease:

The real solution is not segregation. The real and most effective solution is to develop a culture that respects chasity. If we don't create an ambiance that respects chastity as a way of life, then it doesn't matter what community you read or talk about. They will all have these same health problems in this life. And there will be the very real danger of Hell in the life to come.
