I have a hunch you are correct.
I cannot find conclusive evidence that Padre Pio did/didnot have anything to do with these 3 DD. Does anyone? Hope I didn't miss it here...

I have a set of audio tapes that I just recently listened to, by Bishop Williamson. Years ago, he was a priest at the chapel where I attend Mass. I have spoken to people who know him and love him, personally.
One of the tapes is about Fatima. Bishop Williamson really talks about and explains many things, but one thing he mentions is Garabandal. I had never heard of Garabandal before that day. He clearly believes that Our Lady's visit to Garabandal is authentic.
These tapes were recorded in 1984, before he was a Bishop, before Assisi, before lots of things. But he definitely believed they were authentic then. After further investigation, however, he may now believe otherwise. But he did believe once. |
Thank you, CathMomof7 -- I am sure I heard it somewhere, but cannot back it up.
At least I know I wasn't mistaken on the issue, and as you say, whether Bp Williamson still believes it, we may never know, especially during these times of "silencing" or whatever it is best called.

The problem I have with any prediction of things is that they all involve dates which are very conveniently meaningful to numeroligists like Jews, politicians, and other occultists. Dec 21, 2012? 12-21-12, get it, see how the numbers are all the same yet backward? Or like 9/11- both very important numbers in Masonic numerology. Every prediction does that, which is why I give it no notice. God is not a numerologist, he does what he wants when he wants and so what if the date looks "pretty"? Any prediction of anything that relies on numerology is either baloney, or is being planned by the numerologists already as a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy. Like how way back on 9/11 of 1990 when Bush Sr. gave his "New World Order" speech, and then on the exact same date, 9/11, they struck the first major blow in their plans for that very same Order. They chose 9/11 for both the speech and the attacks, because it is significant to them. Those numbers have no significance to normal people, so the only ones interested in dates that much, are the very people you should not trust.
