The problem with juicers is they reduce fruits and vegetables to a broth, which is instantly metabolized by the body. Basically, it has the same effect as drinking a bottle of sprite, except maybe it has more vitamins than sprite does. I think you'd be much better off eating your fruits and vegetables whole and preferably raw. That way you'll digest them much slower and you'll experience a trickle of energy, instead of a quick surge. Also, you'll get the fiber, which is very good for your digestion and long term health.
