Since I have not looked into Fr. Gobbi and the Marian Movement of Priests, I cannot  speak to movement's orthodoxy,  but I will speak concerning your statement that the movement has had the support of JPII and B16.

Support by both the past and current Pope does not, and I will repeat does not validate the orthodoxy of any particular movement.  The heretical movement known as the Neocatechumenal Way was/is supported by JPII and by B16
