I was taught the devils are clever and very smart, for all you know they (devils) could be putting on a show for you, just to get you thinking, gee the new church must still be the church if they can cast out devils. Especially in the name of JPII, that is a joke as someone posted.

Padre Pio, not sure why he was so quiet about VII, maybe he was researching what was going on. I read he never offered the new mass, and didn't he die early during its beginning? Just asking!

The demons might have used his name to put in the mind of the witness that JPII should be thought of as equal spirtually as PP. I always thought one casted out devils in the name of Jesus Christ, not saints or holy or unholy persons.

I read somewhere that when Padre Pio was told about the calling of Vatican II, he said, "Get it over quickly."

I agree with you, Dawn, about this priest. I've heard him on the Catholic Answers show and I wasn't very impressed. He told someone that there was no difference between Holy Water blessed with the old blessing and the new blessing. He said that the effects of Holy Water depended on the faith of the one using it. If this is so, why bless it at all?

I thought he sounded protestant too; they all do including Fr. Amorth. Whoever heard of "generational healing" and prayer groups "laying hands" over a person to cast out demons?

Good point. What do we need priests for anyway, if that's the case?
