When asked whether he meant that the furious rage of the Antichrist would be directed against the Church of God, he asserted that that was self-evident and insolently continued: "Yes, Satan is already abroad, and the Antichrist is already born in Palestine. (On another occasion he also mentioned America.) But he is still young. He must first grow up incognito before his power can become known."
Thought-either Satan was lying or a man was prepared to be teh antichrist and was stopped, likely due to God's intervention...in other words, there may be people born to fill that role and that of the GM (some thought Otto Habsburg would be he),. but might be stopped due to some intervention by God, maybe due to prayers,etc.....anyone want to opine on this???

what about the thread elsewhere that mentions THE Anti-Christ having been born in 1398?I found that interesting. Was it St. VIncent that said this?

thats what I mean, perhaps he is here or on his way, but then, God changes things and intervenes at the last moment, perhaps due to prayers and sacrifices......
